NOVA IT implemented Nova.Chats solution for company to provide instant messaging with clients via messengers

When contacting a client on his requisition, it is important not only to call back on time, but also to continue communicating in the channel most convenient for the client. It so happened, that 80% of our customers believe that the convenient channel for communication is WhatsApp. As soon as we connected WhatsApp, the organizing of trial lessons became faster and simple, the percentage of students, who want to try test lesson, is increasing. This significantly improved the performance at all.

Thanks to Nova.Chats, we not only organized convenient and on-time communication with customers, but also got automatic notifications to our students. In instant messengers Viber and WhatsApp, our users receive the reminders of the lesson, which help them to plan their day in advance. This increased the number of attendance for trial lessons from 50% to 95% and for constant lessons – from 85% to 95%.
